Abstract:
A sausage manufacturing device (1) wherein natural intestine casings (2) shortened in the axial direction A are fitted onto the outer peripheral surface (3) of a shaft (6), comprising a charging nozzle (7) capable of rotating about the shaft (6) and a detector (13) which detects, at a position (11), the passing of the rear end (12) of the natural intestine casings (2) moving, riding on the charging nozzle (7), toward a material delivery end (5) while being delivered forward F from the material delivery end (5), thus stopping the supply of a material (4) to the charging nozzle (7) based on the results detected by the detector (13).
