Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a saw casing provided with a saw blade guide means that is of a simple structure and is capable of guiding a saw blade easily and reliably into the casing though a casing entrance, the saw casing being able to prevent the saw blade from biting into the casing entrance or from damaging the casing entrance. A saw casing 1 is provided with a saw blade guide means for guiding a saw blade through a casing entrance 21 into a storage space 11 at the back. The saw blade guide means comprises: a pair of shorter-direction-side guide rolls 30 that are disposed on the two sides in the longer direction of the casing entrance 21; a longer-direction-side guide roll 40 that is disposed on the upper near side of the casing entrance 21 so as to guide the attitude of the saw blade to the casing entrance 21 along the longer direction; and a saw blade landing guide receptacle 23 that is disposed on the lower near side of the casing entrance 21 so as to guide the landing of the saw blade.
