Abstract:
The present invention relates to a saw curve shaping device and a stone processed thereby, the saw curve shaping device being configured to shape a saw curve groove on the surface of stones (granite, marble, limestone, and the like) and synthetic stones (artificial stone, engineered stone, and the like). The saw curve shaping device according to the present invention is characterized in that a swing block (10) is mounted on a support bracket (51) of a frame (50); one end of a swing arm (20) is connected to the swing block (10); a height adjusting device (30) is mounted on the other end of the swing arm (20); a cutting head (40) is mounted on the height adjusting device (30); the swing arm (20) accordingly makes an angular movement in the leftward/rightward direction about the swing block (10); an arc-type saw curve groove (61) is formed on the surface of a stone (60) by the cutting head (40) mounted on the front end of the swing arm (20) through the height adjusting device (30); and the height at which the cutting head (40) is arranged is adjusted by the height adjusting device (30), thereby adjusting the depth (t1) of the saw curve groove (61) formed on the surface of the stone (60) by the saw (41) of the cutting head (40).
