Abstract:

The present invention relates to a sawdust mill for use with waste wood and an apparatus for producing sawdust and wood powder using the same, and its object is to produce sawdust of a desired particle size through a multistage milling process of waste wood. The sawdust mill for use with waste wood according to the present invention comprises: a mill frame (110), which includes a mill frame body (111) having an inlet on top of one side and a milling space defined inside thereof, a plate type screen (112) of a barrel configuration having curved cross sections and a plurality of roller seats (112b) provided with a plurality of sorting openings (112a) and constituting the bottom part of the mill frame body, and a planar shaped delivery chute (113) for guiding crushed matter introduced through the inlet to the bottom of the screen; and a plurality of milling rollers (120) that has a plurality of milling tips (122) formed in the axial and circumferential directions and is mounted to the roller seat of the mill frame in such a manner as to spin and mill the crushed matter introduced through a gap between the rollers and the mill frame.
