Abstract:
Provided is a scaffold material for cell culture, with which cell culture stability can be maintained over a long period of time. This scaffold material for cell culture contains a peptide-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer having: a (meth)acrylic copolymer part; and a peptide part bonded to the (meth)acrylic copolymer part. If the peptide-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer is subjected to high performance liquid chromatography measurements under condition 1 below, a peak top of a main peak having the largest area among signals is not detected at a residence time of 4 minutes or less. [Condition 1] Column: C18 (internal diameter 3.0 mm × length 150 mm, particle diameter of packing material 3.5μm). Column temperature: 40ºC. Flow rate: 0.3 mL/min. Detector: evaporative light scattering detector. Mobile phase A (liquid A): 0.1 wt% aqueous solution of formic acid. Mobile phase B (liquid B): isopropyl alcohol. Residence time: 0 min. Liquid A/liquid B (volume ratio): 70%/30%. Residence time 0-15 min: liquid A/liquid B (volume ratio) changes from 70%/30% to 0%/100%. Residence time 15-30 min: liquid A/liquid B (volume ratio) maintained at 0%/100%
