Abstract:
A scale thickness estimation system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fluid temperature acquisition unit 151 for acquiring a temperature Tf of a fluid flowing through piping 100; a flow passage outer surface temperature acquisition unit 152 for acquiring a temperature To of the outer surface of the piping 100; a heat flux acquisition unit 153 for acquiring a heat flux qo in the outer surface of the piping 100; a flow passage wall thermal conductivity acquisition unit 154 for acquiring a flow passage wall thermal conductivity kw of the piping 100; a scale thermal conductivity acquisition unit 155 for acquiring a scale thermal conductivity ks of scale adhering to the inner surface of the piping 100; and a scale thickness estimation unit 156 for estimating the thickness of the scale on the basis of the temperature Tf of the fluid, the temperature To of the outer surface, the heat flux qo, the flow passage wall thermal conductivity kw, and the scale thermal conductivity ks.
