A scan driving circuit and a driving method thereof, an array substrate and a display device, belonging to the field of displays. The scan driving circuit comprises m levels of output ends, m levels of input circuits and q shift register circuits. A first end of an i-th level input circuit is connected to an (i-1)-th level output end, wherein i is an arbitrary integer greater than 1 and less than m+1. Each shift register circuit is separately connected to k output ends and connected to second ends of k input circuits, the k input circuits and the k output ends have the same level sequence number combination therebetween, and level sequence numbers in the same level sequence number combination have the same parity, wherein k is greater than 1 and less than m. The shift register circuit is configured to output a scan signal to one of k output ends connected thereto, and an external control signal indicates which output end the scan signal is output to.
