Abstract:
A scanning drive circuit and a device. The scanning drive circuit comprises a plurality of cascaded scanning drive units; an Nth-level scanning drive unit at least comprises: a first control module (410), a second control module (420) and an output module (430); the second control module (420) comprises a first switch unit (431), a second switch unit (432), a potential maintaining unit (433), and a first switch control unit (434), an (N-1)-level scanning signal (G(N-1)) is electrically connected to a control end of the second switch unit (432), and the first switch control unit (434) is used to control, by means of a second control end of the first switch unit (431), the first switch unit (431) according to a second clock signal (CK2), the (N-1)-level scanning signal (G(N-1)) and a first constant voltage signal (VGH), so that the first switch unit (431) and the second switch unit (432) are turned on at different times, thereby avoiding the unstable potential of a control point caused by the series connection of a plurality of TFTs in a working process of the scanning circuit, and improving the correctness of the scanning signal output by the scanning line.
