Abstract:
A scanning driver and a driving method thereof. The scanning driver comprises a first shift register (10) and a second shift register (20), which receive a first clock signal (CPV1), a second clock signal (CPV2), a first pulse signal (DIO1) and a second pulse signal (DIO2) so as to scan a scanning row according to a first scanning mode or a second scanning mode; a selection unit (30) receives a selection signal (SR-SEL) so as to select the first shift register (10) or the second shift register (20) for scanning. a logic control unit (40) receives an output enable signal (OE) to control output; a level conversion unit (50) outputs a level signal; and an output amplification unit (60) amplifies the level signal and then outputs the amplified level signal to the scanning row so that the scanning driver meets the requirement for row-by-row scanning and non-sequential scanning.
