Abstract:
Provided is a scanning-type distance measuring device that excels in anti-vibration characteristics, and that can obtain data of an angle-region that has appropriate width in the vertical direction and is wide in the left-right direction. The scanning-type distance measuring device comprises the following: a light projection-reception unit (4) provided with at least a pair of a light projector for emitting measurement light scanned along a prescribed light axis in a target space, and a light receiver for receiving reflected light that is from the target space and is incident along the light axis; a first scanning mechanism (5) provided with a first deflection member (5a) that deflects measurement light towards the target space, and a first driving mechanism (5b) that rotates the first deflection member (5a) around a first axis (P1) inclined with respect to the deflection surface of the deflection member; and a second scanning mechanism (6) that guides measurement light emitted from the light projection-reception unit (4) to the first deflection member (5a) along a light path (L2) inclined with respect to the first axis (P1), and that rotates the light path (L2) around the first axis (P1).
