Description:
SCENTED SCRUNCHIE This invention relates to improvements in a currently marketed hair band commonly called a scrunchie. A scrunchie is an elasticised tube of material which is used for tying back the hair. The new invention is to add scent to the scrunchie, thus producing a new product the scented scrunchie. The method for achieving this is by inserting scented formulas into the inside of the scrunchie. The scrunchie will then contain absorbent materials such as granules used in pet litter, and/or vermiculite, and/or dried flowers, with the addition of perfume, and/or oils for the purpose of perfuming the hair for pleasure or aromatherepy, or in assisting to repel insects such as head lice, flies, mosquitos etc.

To assist in understanding the invention and method of application, reference will now be made to the accompanying drawings which show one example of the invention.

Fig. 1 shows an open ended tube of material which has elastic attached to both ends inside.

Fig. 2 shows the insertion of the scented formula.

Fig. 3 shows the joining together of the open ends sealing the tube which then becomes a scented scrunchie.
