Abstract:
Provided are a scheduling method and apparatus for employees, and a server and a storage medium, which are applicable to the technical field of information processing. The method comprises: determining employees for whom scheduling can be carried out that day; according to individual demands pre-set for each employee that day, screening each employee to obtain a list of employees for whom scheduling can be carried out with regard to each shift that day; and respectively scheduling the employees to the shifts that day until all the shifts that day are fully scheduled, wherein scheduling is only carried out once for each employee that day. The solution is used to solve the problem of the existing scheduling of employees not taking human factors into account, which easily causes employees to be dissatisfied.
