Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a scheduling method and device in UE and a base station. Firstly, UE receives a first signaling, and receives a wireless signal on a target time-frequency resource. The first signaling indicates a first time-frequency resource, the first time-frequency resource comprising a second time-frequency resource. The target time-frequency resource comprises a time-frequency resource in the first time-frequency resource but other than the second time-frequency resource. The target time-frequency resource and the second time-frequency resource are orthogonal, or the first signaling indicates whether the target time-frequency resource comprises the second time-frequency resource. The first time-frequency resource comprises T1 subframes in the time domain, and comprises P1 subcarriers in the frequency domain. The second time-frequency resource comprises T2 subframes of the T1 subframes in the time domain, where T1 and P1 are positive integers respectively, and T2 is less than T1. The present invention prevents a downlink subframe from being continuously occupied preventing release of a channel. Further, the present invention can avoid conflicts between HARQ-ACK and uplink data, and make full use of resources of a physical layer data channel.
