Abstract:
The present invention relates to a communication technique for merging, with IoT technology, a 5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4G system, and a system therefor. The present invention can be applied to an intelligent service (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, health care, digital education, retail business, security and safety-related services, and the like) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. The present invention provides a data scheduling method of a base station in a mobile communication system supporting broadband transmission/reception, thereby supporting an efficient use of wireless resources. A communication method of a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: receiving control information corresponding to a broadband transmission mode through a first bandwidth; and receiving downlink data having, as a maximum bandwidth, a bandwidth expanded as much as a second bandwidth from the first bandwidth, on the basis of the control information.
