Abstract:
The invention discloses a scheduling method and device. In one embodiment, user equipment (UE) first receives a first signaling, and then transmits a radio signal on the basis of a target time-frequency resource. The first signaling indicates a first target time-frequency resource. The first target time-frequency resource comprises a second target time-frequency resource. The target time-frequency resource comprises another time-frequency resource in the first target time-frequency resource and other than the second target time-frequency resource. The target time-frequency resource and the second target time-frequency resource are orthogonal. The first target time-frequency resource comprises T1 sub-frames in the time domain, and P1 subcarriers in the frequency domain. The second target time-frequency resource comprises T2 sub-frames in the time domain, and P2 subcarriers in the frequency domain. T1 and P1 are positive integers, respectively, and T2 is less than T1. A location of the second target time-frequency resource and in the first target time-frequency resource is fixed. The invention reduces signaling overhead resulting from scheduling HARQ-ACK and uplink data, thereby increasing transmission efficiency.
