Abstract:
A scheduling method, comprising: acquiring an application stream for satellite communication in each of one or more end station groups; configuring, according to the acquired application stream for satellite communication in each end station group, air interface resources for each end station group; when the air interface resources to be configured for the first end station group in the one or more end station groups exceed a limit, scheduling, according to the right granting the first end station group excessive air interface resource usage, the air interface resources belonging to the other end station groups of the one or more end station groups to the end station group of which the air interface resources have exceeded the limit.
