Abstract:
A scheduling request transmitting device and method, and a parameter configuration device and method. The scheduling request transmitting device comprises: a selection unit, used for selecting one scheduling request configuration from multiple scheduling request configurations; and a transmitting unit, used for transmitting a scheduling request on a resource corresponding to the selected scheduling request configuration. The parameter configuration device comprises: a configuring unit, used for transmitting, to a user equipment, configuration information for indicating backoff time of a random access. The backoff time is determined by a network side according to a random access process. When multiple scheduling request configurations can be used for transmitting a scheduling request, the user equipment selects one scheduling request configuration therefrom, and transmits a scheduling request on a resource corresponding to the scheduling request configuration. A communication mechanism supporting multiple scheduling request configurations can be effectively coped with. Or, by configuring, for the user equipment, a backoff time determined by a network side according to a random access process, a communication mechanism supporting multiple random access configurations can be effectively coped with.
