Abstract:
A scintillator panel (2) which comprises: an FOP (10); scintillators (12) each of a columnar crystal structure formed on one surface of the FOP (10); poly(p-xylylene) (14) which has undergone heat treatment for color development and with which the spaces between the scintillators (12) are filled and the scintillators (12) are covered; a poly(p-xylylene) film (16) formed on the surface of the poly(p-xylylene) (14) as a moisture-resistant protective film; and an aluminum film (18) formed on the film (16) in order to improve the moisture resistance.
