Abstract:
 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable scintillator panel capable of obtaining an image having excellent clarity by markedly suppressing scattering of emitted light from a phosphor by a simple method and obtaining emitted light having the necessary intensity. The present invention provides a scintillator panel provided with a substrate and a phosphor layer containing a phosphor powder, the phosphor layer having a plurality of recesses on the surface thereof, the area (A) of open parts of the recesses being 500-70,000 µm2, and the ratio (D/T) of the thickness (T) of the phosphor layer and the depth (D) of the recesses being 0.1-0.9.
