Abstract:
This scintillator plate is obtained by disposing, on a surface of a substrate, a scintillator having a first face that faces the surface and a second face on the opposite side from the first face, wherein the scintillator contains a plurality of needle like crystals containing an alkali metal halide compound as a base material, thallium iodide as an activator, and at least one of copper and silver as an additive, the additive is contained at a concentration of 0.04-0.5 mol% at the second face, the concentration of the additive is higher at the first face than at the second face, and the thickness of the largest part of a needle-like crystal in a face that is parallel to the surface is 1-9 times the thickness of a face of the needle-like crystal that is parallel to the surface at a height of 10 µm in the direction from the first face to the second face.
