Abstract:
The present invention relates to scissors having curved sawteeth. The scissors are formed by hinge-connecting first and second scissor parts, the first and second scissor parts having a scissor blade on one side thereof and having a handle at the end thereof, wherein the scissor blades have U-shaped sawteeth having predetermined pitch and radius of curvature. The present invention forms a sawteeth part configured in a shallow U-shape on a part of one side of the scissor blades, thereby preventing slipping of an object to be cut caused by the sawteeth and enabling gentle cutting using scissor blades having no sawteeth as the angle between the scissor blades decreases. Also, the present invention forms a curved end at the end portion of the scissor blades, thereby having an effect of continuously maintaining appropriate cutting force.
