Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system for a ship, for purifying exhaust gas emitted from the exhaust gas equipment of the ship and exhausting the purified exhaust gas from the ship. The disclosed SCR system comprises: an SCR reactor connected at a front end thereof to the exhaust gas equipment, and including a catalyst that is activated by exhaust gas entering therein; and a reducing agent supply line provided to supply NH3 or urea into the SCR reactor, and connected directly to an NH3 or urea injection nozzle without being connected to an air line.
