Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system for a ship, for purifying exhaust gas emitted from the exhaust gas equipment of the ship and exhausting the purified exhaust gas from the ship. The disclosed SCR system for a ship comprises: an SCR reactor connected at a front end thereof to the exhaust gas equipment and including a catalyst therein, the catalyst being activated by exhaust gas entering therein without reheating; and a reducing agent supply line for supplying NH3 or urea into the SCR reactor.
