Abstract:
A scrap removal mechanism for a disc machine. The disc machine comprises a rotary disc (2) disposed on a base (1) and used for driving a workpiece to rotate, and comprises a processing mechanism (3) for processing the workpiece. The scrap removal mechanism comprises an annular scrap collection groove (4) formed in the base and located between the rotary disc and the processing mechanism, and comprises at least one scrap removal portion (5) fixedly disposed on the rotary disc, rotating together with the rotary disc and used for scraping scraps in the annular scrap collection groove. The annular scrap collection groove is located below the processing mechanism. In the scrap removal mechanism, the annular scrap collection groove is formed and the scrap removal portion used for scraping scraps is disposed on the rotary disc, so that scraps in the annular scrap collection groove can be scraped off conveniently and quickly. A scraping plate (52) of the scrap removal portion is detachably disposed on a scraping support (51). When the scraping plate is damaged, the scraping plate is conveniently replaced.
