Abstract:
A scraper apparatus according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a pair of scrapers for removing meat adhering to a part being processed from a poultry carcass that is held by a holding tool, the pair of scrapers being disposed facing each other in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction of the poultry carcass and being arranged so as to sandwich the part being processed. The scraper apparatus according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure also comprises a support part that supports the pair of scrapers so as to allow orthogonal-direction offset between the pair of scrapers in a manner following the shape of the part being processed from the poultry carcass, which moves in the transport direction.
