Abstract:
The present invention relates to ground and wall decoration materials for buildings. Disclosed are a scratch-resistant wear-resistant self-repairing composite board, and a manufacturing method therefor and an application thereof. The composite board of the present invention sequentially comprises a base material layer, a color film layer, and a scratch-resistant wear-resistant layer from bottom to top, and the scratch-resistant wear-resistant layer comprises at least two thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber layers of different hardness. In the present invention, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber layers of different hardness, which are prepared in a hot melting state, are thermally laminated onto a molten SPC base material by means of an online thermal laminating method according to a laminating sequence that the hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber layers of different hardness is gradually reduced from the inner layer to the surface layer, thereby obtaining the scratch-resistant wear-resistant self-repairing composite board which can serve as a floor board or wall cover board and is used for ground or wall decoration.
