The present invention relates to a scratch-resistant wire drawing film, an apparatus therefor, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The apparatus for the scratch-resistant wire drawing film comprises an unwinding component, a pre-coating component, a secondary curing component and a winding component which are electrically connected in sequence; the pre-coating component comprises laminating rollers, driven rollers, a pre-curing member and a liquid tank; the laminating rollers and the driven rollers are connected by means of a transmission strip; and at least one protrusion is provided on the surface of the transmission strip. When the apparatus for the scratch-resistant wire drawing film in the present invention is used for operation, the production speed is high, the efficiency is high, the hardness of the formed scratch-resistant wire drawing film is high, a recess structure is provided on the surface of a curing layer, and the scratch resistance is excellent.
