Abstract:
A screen device is provided with: a screen member (33); retention members (35) mounted to the side ends (33a) of the screen member (33); rail members (91) having first receiving sections (91a) and first slits (91b) connecting to the first receiving sections (91a), the rail members (91) being configured so as to receive, into the first receiving sections (91a) thereof, the side ends (33a) of the screen member (33) and the retention members (35) through the first slits (91b) and to thereby hold the screen member (33) so that the screen member (33) is movable in the direction of the length of the first slits (91b); and holding members (93) for holding the rail members (91). The rail members (91) are compressed and deformed in the width direction of the first slits (91b) by the holding members (93), and the width of the first slits (91b) of the compressed and deformed rail members (91) is less than the thickness (T1) of the retention members (35).
