Abstract:
A screen-free intelligent nano-grinding system, comprising a grinding cavity (1) and a grinding rotor (2). One end of a discharging hollow shaft (3) extends into the grinding cavity (1), and a rotary separation apparatus (4) is mounted on the discharging hollow shaft (3). Materials inside the grinding cavity (1) are ground by using the grinding rotor (2) and flow to the periphery of the rotary separation apparatus (4). Large-particle materials and grinding beads inside the grinding cavity are thrown out of the rotary separation apparatus (4) under the centrifugal action of the rotary separation apparatus (4), and small-particle materials overcome the centrifugal force under the action of the feeding pressure and enter the rotary separation apparatus (4), the discharging hollow shaft (3), and a subsidence and filter transfer container (6). A strong centrifugal force is generated when the separation apparatus of the system rotates, so that grinding media, that is, the grinding beads and the large-particle materials, are thrown outwards, while the small-particle materials overcome the centrifugal force under the action of the feeding pressure and enter the discharging hollow shaft and the subsidence and filter transfer container from a vortex groove, thus obtaining a product with smaller particles.
