Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a screen mask cleaning device for cleaning a screen mask with a wiper, comprising: a first winding part around which a wiper is wound before cleaning; a second winding part around which the wiper is wound after the cleaning; a container part having a solvent, in which the wiper unwound from the first winding part is immersed, disposed therein; an immersion drive part for immersing the wiper in the solvent disposed inside the container part; and a wiper support part for supporting the wiper immersed in and wet with the solvent.
