Abstract:
Disclosed are a screen having a light-absorption layer and a method for fabricating a light-absorption film used for the light-absorption layer. The screen comprises a first transparent material layer, an optical functional layer, an adhesive layer and a light-absorption layer successively stacked from a light-incident side of the projection light. The light-absorption layer receives and absorbs light passing through the adhesive layer to reach the absorption layer. The optical functional layer comprises multiple micro structural units, the multiple micro structural units forming a sawtooth structure. The optical functional layer can make at least some projection light emergent after total reflection, and at least some ambient light can pass through the optical functional layer. According to the present invention, screen gain can be improved at the same time as acquiring high contrast, and the machining process can be simplified to reduce costs.
