Abstract:

Disclosed is a screen partitioning monitor capable of physically separating networks. The screen partitioning monitor comprises: a screen configuration memory unit for storing the screen area of a monitor, and resolution corresponding to the screen area; a screen selection input unit for receiving a screen area from a user; a screen information transmission unit for receiving, from the screen configuration memory unit, the screen area and resolution corresponding thereto inputted into the screen selection input unit, and transmitting to a first terminal and a second terminal connected to the monitor; a first image input unit for receiving, from the screen information transmission unit, a first terminal image signal matched to the resolution transmitted to the first terminal; a second image input unit for receiving, from the screen information transmission unit, a second terminal image signal matched to the resolution transmitted to the second terminal; an image selector for compositing, matching the screen area, the image signals received from the first and second image input units; an image display unit for displaying the composited image signal received from the image selector (130); and a control unit for selecting, from the memory unit, a resolution suitable for the screen area received from the screen selection input unit and transmitting the resolution to the screen information transmission unit, and transmitting the screen area to the image selector.
