A screen protector applying device (10), a screen protector (20), and a screen protector applying method. The screen protector applying device (10) comprises a base (11); the upper end and the lower end of the base (11) are each provided with a positioning pin (12); a placing region (13) is formed in the middle portion of the base (11) in a recessed manner; an abutting block (16) is mounted at the lower end of the placing region (13); a positioning plug (17) can be mounted on the abutting block (16). The screen protector (20) comprises a pearly-luster layer (21), a release positioning layer (22), a use layer (23), and a protective layer (24) which are sequentially attached; the use layer (23) comprises a use portion (231) and an outer positioning frame (232) located on the outer side the use portion (231); the protective layer (24) comprises a protective portion (241) and an outer positioning frame (242) located on the outer side of the protective portion (241); positioning holes (26) are respectively formed on the upper ends and lower ends of the release positioning layer (22), the use layer (23), and the protective layer (24). Therefore, by fitting the screen protector (20) to the screen protector applying device (10), when applying the screen protector, the pearly-luster layer (21) and the protective portion (241) are first peeled off, and the use portion (231) is attached to the screen of a mobile phone (30) from top to bottom by using a roller; the screen protector (20) is flat and smooth and there are no bubbles; moreover, the screen of the mobile phone (30) can be prevented from being scratched. The structure of the screen protector (20) is simple, the screen protector applying steps are easy to master, the operation is quick and convenient, and the screen protector applying effect is good.
