The present invention relates to a screening method and screening device for obtaining fuel from combustible waste. More preferably, the purpose of the present invention is to screen and obtain high-quality and high-purity combustible fuel that meets the F.SRF standards by separating and screening ash type foreign materials, such as silt and gravel, which are factors of obstruction of heating power, from combustible materials which are wasted or incinerated after screened during a waste screening procedure, and performing drying such that the moisture content is maximized, at the time of sustainable landfill reclamation in which large-scaled unsanitary landfills, such as land development projects or main SOC projects, or existing landfills are reclaimed.
