Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a screw compressor and a control method thereof, and an air conditioning device. The screw compressor comprises: a compressor body and a spool valve. A first exhaust port is arranged on an exhaust end of the spool valve. The compressor body is provided with a second exhaust port on an exhaust end of a spool valve chamber. The spool valve is provided with an exhaust port, and the compressor body is also provided with an exhaust port, so that in an initial state where the exhaust end of the spool valve slides to the exhaust end of the spool valve chamber, the first exhaust port is communicated with the second exhaust port, thereby increasing the exhaust area at the initial stage of the exhaust port, reducing the flow loss at the initial stage of exhaust, and reducing the power consumption of the compressor. The control method comprises: moving the spool valve to change the position of the exhaust port of the spool valve, enabling the internal compression end pressure to be equal to the condensation pressure, and enabling the slot pressure of the tail section in the exhaust process to be equal to the condensation pressure, so that the compressor operates in a high-efficiency area. Moreover, the pressures of monitoring points of the spool valve at different positions are compared so as to determine whether the spool valve moves normally, so that the spool valve jamming fault is found in time, and long-term low-efficiency operation of the device is avoided.
