Abstract:
A screw conveyor auger assembly method wherein: at a temporary assembly site, a first split body and a second split body of an auger are aligned to form a continuous spiral, and the center of the first split body and the center of the second split body are matched with each other using the outer peripheral surface of the circular portion of the first split body and the outer peripheral surface of the circular portion of the second split body as a reference; in this state, a plurality of supports are welded to the circular portion of the first split body and the circular portion of the second split body; each of the plurality of supports welded to the circular portion of the first split body and the circular portion of the second split body is split into a first half and a second half; at a final assembly site, the first half and the second half of each of the plurality of supports are fastened; and in this state, the first split body and the second split body are welded.
