Abstract:
Disclosed is a screw-driven control system, comprising a driving mechanism, a guide lock block (51) and a limit mechanism (4) fixed on a crossbeam (11), wherein the driving mechanism comprises a screw rod (2) and a nut assembly (3) driven by a motor (1); the nut assembly (3) comprises a transmission frame (9), a nut (31) sleeved on the screw rod (2), and a follower component (7) fixed on the nut (31); and the nut (31) is mounted in the transmission frame (9), and the transmission frame (9) is connected to a controlled object (6). The screw rod (2) drives the nut assembly (3) to axially reciprocate along the screw rod (2); during the forward rotation of the screw rod (2), when touching the guide lock block (51), the follower component (7) moves to the limit mechanism (4) under the guide of the upper surface of the guide lock block (51) and is stopped by the limit mechanism (4), and the follower component (7) rotates along with the screw rod (2) to enter a space between the side of the guide lock block (51) and the limit mechanism (4) so as to be locked; and as the screw rod (2) rotates in the reverse direction, the follower component (7) rotates in the reverse direction along with the screw rod (2) until the follower component (7) is released from the limitation of the guide lock block (51) to be unlocked, and then axially moves along the screw rod (2). The system solves the safety problem caused by the failure of an electromagnetic lock, and is simpler and more reliable than a mechanical lock structure as well.
