Abstract:
The present invention relates to a screw fastening device for a probe card and a probe card assembling device having the same, the present invention comprising: a plurality of screws which are fastened to the probe card; a plurality of fastening portions which come into contact with the plurality of screws and rotate together with the plurality of screws; and a plurality of driving units which transfer rotational force to the plurality of fastening portions, and wherein the plurality of driving units are interlocked with each other and rotate in the same direction when at least one of the plurality of driving units rotates. Therefore, the present invention provides an effect of being capable of resolving a concentrated load generated at the time of sequential fastening by simultaneously fastening the screws for assembling the probe card instead of the sequential fastening.
