Abstract:
Screw feeding method and screw feeder having difference from conventional screw feeder without using transporting rail for screws but insertable screw rod ( 1 ) which move ( 5 ) passing into screw storage tank ( 5 ) to receive screw in there and transport it to right position required, benefit is reducing the error of the old style of screw feeder, reducing size of machine, reducing interference sound from machine vibration system, in addition increasing capability and capacity of screw feeder by increased size of screw storage tank and it is capable to feed many pieces and many types of screws at the same time.

Claims:
Claims claimed is:

1. A method of screw feeding: It consists of taking required screws fill into the screw storage tank and contains screw sit into receiving hole which it is on head of received - sent screw rod. The received - sent screw rod shall move into screws bunch in screw storage tank at drilled hole of bottom tank and continue moving to take contained screw sending to screw feeding position which already determined in advance.

2. The method of claim 1 in Which required screws to fill are contained in tank in which some area is faced cone tank and slope wall at least in the area of screws contained in order that the bottom tank has cross sectional area smaller than the top tank to force screw come down and gathered by slope wall of tank.

3. The method of claim 2 in which screw storage tank get drilled at the bottom tank to have received - sent screw rod inserted in.

4. The method of claim 2 in which screw storage tank can have many quantity of received - sent screw rods inserted in.

5. The method of claim 1 in case required to feed screws many multiple types in same time, it is separated the screw storage tank by each received - sent screw rods freely.

6. The method of claim 1 in which received - sent screw rod get long straight shape and at its top one side is bored to be hole for receiving screw.

7. The method of claim 6 in which the received screw hole is bored as a shoulder to receive screw , it is facing cone and cut at bottom which the top of cone is a bit wider than screw head diameter in order to sit properly not moved.

8. The method of claim 1 in which all received - sent screw rods are installed on same platform in order to move together in same time.

9. The method of claim 1 in which screw storage tank is assembled together with received - sent screw rod by head of received - sent screw rod is inserted and stayed in hole of bottom screw storage tank.

10. The method of claim 1 in which screw storage tank is seized stability and received - sent screw rod is put into hole of bottom screw storage tank to receive screws which contained in.

11. The method of claim 1 in which received - sent screw rod is seized stability and screw storage tank move to received - sent screw rod by hole at bottom screw storage tank stay over the received - sent screw rod.

12. The method of claim 1 in which received - sent screw rod and screw storage tank get moving to meet together.

13. The method of claim 1, 10, 11 or 12 selected by one in which receiving hole on top head of received - sent screw rod inserted in for passing amount of screws bunch in screw storage tank and meet some screw which its direction located in ready position to sit in hole of received screw rod that screw body pointed in line to receiving screw hole and screw shall immediately move to receiving screw hole by natural mechanism and not move even though received -sent screw rod still continue moving because screw is pushed and sunk into receiving hole and screw head also is properly aligned fitting in mouth hole not protruded.

14. The method of claim 1, 10, 11 or 12 selected by one in which received - sent screw rod / or screw storage tank move to the end and screw which sit in receiving hole is ready for use shall locate in screw feeding position perfectly which determined before.

15. A device used to practice the method of claim 1 it is consisted of ;

screw storage tank which it has some area is sloped cone at least using area of screws contained , proposed to have cross sectional area at the bottom smaller than at top and can install many tanks in same time.

Received - sent screw rod it has straight and long rod , at head is rounded and drilled on head to get hole which diameter is a bit bigger than screw body and depth is covered screw body length entirely and capable to install many rods in same time.

16. The device of claim 15 in which screw storage tank and received - sent screw rod is assembled together by head of received - sent screw rod inserted and stayed in drilled hole at bottom of screw storage tank by received - sent screw rod is capable to move up and down of storage tank.

17. The device of claim 15 in which screw storage tank at the bottom get drilled hole in order to insert received - sent screw rod in and capable to receive screw.

18. The device of claim 17 in which drilled hole at bottom tank can be increased per quantity of received - sent screw rods required to insert in.

19. The device of claim 15 in which it is capable to separate screw storage tanks by each received - sent screw rods in order to feed screws difference types.

20. The device of claim 15 in which all screw storage tanks are installed on same platform.

21. The device of claim 15 in which bored hole on top head of received - sent screw rod get shoulder as faced cone shape and a bit wider than screw head diameter in order to sit and fit screw properly not moved when screw is fallen in.

22. The device of claim 15 in which all received - sent screw rods are installed on same platform in order to move together in same time.

Description:
SPECIFICATION . TITLE OF INVENTION : SCREW FEEDING METHOD AND SCREW FEEDER . AIMS :

The conventional screw feeder is most commonly designed using rail for transporting, screws transport from container and running along slope of rail to the position of screw feeder and then it shall feed screw by one piece each. It can classify to 2 types as following;

Vibratory bowl feeder : It requires filling screws in the screw storage tank per its containing size and using the method of storage tank vibrated by Electromagnetic system or Pneumatic system and screws shall transport along their spiral path and go to the transporting rail with screw head is upside down, this vibration system need shake rail to transport the screws moving to required position by each one piece accordingly.

Screw feeder to sit on table or Screw presenter : It requires filling screws in the screw storage tank per its containing size; it uses electrical motor to push the screws bunch come overflow the transporting rail which installed inner the storage tank; when the overflowing screws get enough amount then the brush installed over transporting rail shall push away screws down to transporting rail as upside down head, their mechanism vibration system shall shake the transporting rail in order that screws shall move to required position by each one piece accordingly.

But the proposed of this inventive screw feeder; changed method and equipment of screw transporting. Screws are taken out from screw storage tank and transported along rail by one piece in line , required the change shall be taken screws out of screw storage tank many pieces in same time by using many received - sent screw rods. All received - sent screw rods shall move opposite direction with screws bunch that contained in screw storage tank and capable to install many storage tanks together and take all screws move to right required position in which the principle objective is to increase capability of screw feeder to feed screws many pieces and many types in same time. . TECHNICAL FIELD :

Mechanics and Electronics engineering with science of screw feeder machine method. 4. BACKGROUND ART :

The change of method and screw feeder for received-sent screws which is currently used transporting rail to be received - sent screws by using rods shall solve the problems of machines limitation 6 issues as following,

4.1 Machine size: The current using machines are most big size that is required area as minimum same size of machine but this inventive screw feeder machine can be installed under workbench because it is particularly used at received - sent screw rods which are small size and can send screws up over the desktop of workbench it gains getting space more area.

4.2 Sound interference from vibrating of machine mechanism: The mechanism work of current machines are mostly using vibration of transporting rail for screws moving ; but this inventive screw feeder machine is not using the vibration mechanic that is no sound to make interference as working.

4.3 Precision of position for feeding: The inventive screw feeder gets higher precision for feeding the screws than the general current using ones because it scopes movement at received -sent screw rods only and has hole designed as faced cone for screw sitting that can fix the screw in position and not moved. The sitting position of screw is always stability.

4.4 Amount of screw contained: The inventive screw feeder can flexibly determine size of screw storage tank per demand of screws used. But the general current using ones are determined size of screw storage tank per the mechanism of machine work and get problem to limit amount screws cannot increase.

4.5 Capacity of the screw: The size of the screw container generally has been limited by structure of their mechanism. It is not capable to increasing the capacity of the screw. But this inventive screw feeder can set the size of the tank depends the user requires.

4.6 Dust generated from machine: This inventive screw feeder is without dust generated; can be used in clean room absolutely. But the general screw feeder is used mechanism work of vibration system that can definitely generate dust when it vibrates and possible to distribute metal powder when their working parts polished by themselves. . BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

1. Work method of inventive screw feeder;

Step 1 : Install the screw storage tank which is faced cone shape and needs slope wall at the area of contained screws in order to get automatically gravitation force pulls screws moving down to the containing bottom tank which it has drilled hole there and plugged with received -sent screw rod; its head is bored hole to support and receive screw, means head of received-sent screw rod is stayed match with drilled hole at bottom of screw storage tank.

Require amount of received - sent screw rods inserted in screw storage tank is depended on requirement of screws amount to feed per one time.

In case it is required to feed screws multiple types in same time, it has to separate screw storage tank by each received - sent screw rods individually.

All received - sent screw rods are installed on same platform in order to move together in same time, also all screw storage tanks are installed on same their platform.

Step 2 : Take screw fill into screw storage tank per containing amount each container.

Step 3 : Contain screws into receiving hole at the end head of received - sent screw rod by taking screw storage tank and/or received - sent screw rods moved which shall select one suitable method from three methods as following;

1. Keep all screw storage tanks fixed on the platform and takes all received - sent screw rods move into drilled holes at bottom of screw storage tank.

2. Keep all received - sent screw rods fixed on the platform and takes all screw storage tanks aligned their bottom holes position put into the received - sent screw rods. 3. Move both received - sent screw rods and screw storage tank met together.

Whatever three movement methods as above shall present same result.

Receiving screw hole of received - sent screw rods shall pass inserting layers of screws bunch which many piled up in the storage tank ; screws are actually not in right position, some are upturn head and body up and some are upside down head and body down and some are tilt.

By correspondence of screw and received - sent screw rods in path as moving, some screws can sit properly in receiving holes of received - sent screw rods if the screw body is aligned in upright and down to receiving hole as commonly and without falling out as still moving because head of screw is fit properly to receiving cone hole of received - sent screw rods.

Step 4 : When received - sent screw rods and / or screw storage tank move to the end and screw sit in receiving hole and ready for use; it shall send to right location of feeding screw position which determined before. Step 5 : In case first time of screw pushed and without screw sit in receiving hole or they are not completely sit all received - sent screw rods, they shall repeat at step 3 until they meet completely sit all received - sent screw rods.

2. One equipment type using to practice as previous above has configuration as following; Composition

1. Received - Sent screw rod (1) it is straight and long and rounded head (2) to insert and passing the bunch of screws piled up in screw storage tank (5) comfortable.

On top end is bored and drilled to get hole (3).

Center diameter is a bit bigger than screw body and depth is covering length of screw body entirely when screw sit in.

At top head is bored to be shoulder of receiving screw head (4) it is shaped of faced cone and cut at bottom; at top of faced cone is a bit bigger diameter than screw head.

All received - Sent screw rods (1) are installed sitting on same platform (10) in order to move up and down same time. 2. Screw storage tank (5) has shape of faced cone, get sloped wall (6) and at least around area that screws contained it is proposed to drive the screws moving down to the bottom because cross sectional area at the bottom is smaller than at top.

Bottom screw storage tank is drilled to be hole (9) and received - sent screw rod (1) inserted at there, received - sent screw rod (1) can move up and down the distance between bottom (7) and top (8) of screw storage tank.

Quantity of received - sent screw rods (1) inserted into the screw storage tank (5) are installed depend on required screws per one time of feeding.

In case, it is required the received - sent screw rods (1) are capable to feed multiple screw types in same time, need spilt the screw storage tanks (5) by each received - sent screw rods (1) separately.

All screw storage tanks (5) are installed sitting on same platform (11).

The principle of machine work as above is followed same as explained earlier in work method of inventive screw feeder as following;

Stepl. Take screws per type required into screw storage tank (5) per containing size of each tank until get completely all.

Step 2 Push up all received - sent screw rods (1) inserting into screws bunch to get screw sit in hole (3) and still push until all received - sent screw rods (1) are stopped at screw feeding position.

Step 3 If the first pushing of received -sent screw rod is without screw sit in hole (3) or missing screw in some hole of received - sent screw rods (1), it is needed to repeat at step 2 automatically.

Step 4 When screws in holes are already taken for use, they will back starting new at step 2.

7. Best mode for carrying out the invention

Method to get the best invention is explained at the title of disclosure of the inventive.
