Abstract:
A low cost and highly reliable screw fixing device, a resonator device with characteristic regulating function having the screw fixing device, a filter, an oscillator, and a communication device including the resonator device, and a method of regulating the characteristics of the resonator device, the method of regulating the characteristics of the resonator device comprising the steps of providing a recessed part (d) recessed in thickness direction near the axis of a characteristic regulating screw (1) locking nut (2), providing a projected part (p) engaged with the recessed part (d) of the screw locking nut (2) to a spring washer (3), inserting the spring washer (3) between a panel (4) and the screw locking nut (2), rotating the characteristic regulating screw (1) under a proper load for characteristic regulation, and tightening the screw fixing nut (2) until the spring washer (3) is completely collapsed to lock the spring washer (3) and the screw fixing nut (2).
