A screw (100), a food processing cup assembly and a food processor. The screw (100) comprises a screw body (1), comprising a feeding zone (12) for feeding and a crushing zone (18) connected to the feeding zone (12); a first spiral rib (2) being spirally provided, along the axial direction of the screw body (1), on the feeding zone (12), and the first spiral rib (2) extending along the top of the screw body (1) towards the crushing zone (18); a material cutting face (122), the material cutting face (122) extending from the top of the screw body (1) towards the crushing zone (18); a plurality of second spiral ribs (3) being spaced apart, along the axial direction of the screw body (1), on the crushing zone (18) of the screw body (1); the invention enables, by providing the first spiral rib (2) and the material cutting face (122), the food material to be held by the inwardly concave material cutting face (122) once the food material enters into the feeding zone (12), and to be cut by the first spiral rib (2), effectively preventing the occurrence of skid of the food material, reducing the auxiliary pressing by a push rod, and improving the convenience of operation.
