Abstract:
A screw for forward and reverse spiral combined pulsating plasticization, comprising a single screw or double screws, each screw comprising a screw functional structure (2), and a screw driving part (1) and an auxiliary part (3) which are respectively disposed at two ends of the screw functional structure (2). The screw functional structure (2) is composed of, in the axial direction thereof, a conveying section (21), a plasticizing section (22), a vacuum section (23), a secondary plasticizing section (24), and a homogenizing section (25). The conveying section (21), the vacuum section (23), and the homogenizing section (25) are each composed of a series of forward spiral structures (4). The plasticizing section (22) and the secondary plasticizing section (24) are each composed of a series of connected alternating forward spiral structures (4) and reverse spiral structures (5). The cross-sectional shape of a corresponding forward spiral structure (4) and reverse spiral structure (5) on each screw at any position in the axial direction is elliptical, polygonal or circular. The screw has the following advantages: a noticeable dispersion effect on the heterogeneity of plastic, so that a melt phase at an exit of a barrel is uniform, and the uniformity and consistency of a temperature field, a pressure field, and a velocity field inside a melt can be ensured.
