Abstract:
The present utility model discloses a screw locking machine for a guardrail, comprising a frame and a support assembly. A slide rail is mounted on a top portion of the frame, three support assemblies are mounted on the slide rail, and a cylinder used to drive one of the support assemblies is mounted on one end of the slide rail; a first electric cylinder and a second electric cylinder are mounted on the frame at an outer side of the support assembly, a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat are mounted on the first electric cylinder and the second electric cylinder, respectively, a first feeding mechanism and a fourth electric cylinder are mounted on the first mounting seat, a first locking module and a second locking module are mounted on the fourth electric cylinder, a second feeding mechanism and a third electric cylinder are mounted on the second mounting seat, and a third locking module and a fourth locking module are mounted on the third electric cylinder. In the present utility model, a guardrail can be clamped on a support assembly, and a screw locking operation can be performed on the guardrail by means of multiple locking modules, which can greatly improve production efficiency and accuracy of screw locking.
