Abstract:
The screw pneumatic copper powder application apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a powder supply unit (10), through the top open space of which copper powder is supplied; an operating unit (20) disposed at one side under the powder supply unit (10); a powder transfer unit (30) connected to each of the powder supply unit (10) and the operating unit (20); a powder jet unit (40) for discharging the supplied copper powder while connected to the powder transfer unit (30); a nozzle tank (50), which is a space from which the copper powder discharged from the powder jet unit (40) is sprayed; and a pneumatic regulator (60) for precisely controlling pneumatic pressure while connected to the powder jet unit (40), wherein the powder transfer unit (30) transfers the copper powder supplied from the powder supply unit (10) to the powder jet unit (40) by using a screw rotation mode.
