Abstract:
A screw pump screw lining mold and a use method therefor. A preparation method for the mold comprises: mixing a high-strength wear-resistant material with a binder to obtain a mixed slurry; injecting the mixed slurry into a female mold for curing, and removing the mixed slurry to form a screw lining mold green body; drying and sintering the screw lining mold green body to obtain a screw lining mold; and immersing the screw lining mold in a surface treatment solution for surface heat treatment to form a wear-resistant layer, and cooling to obtain a final mold. The high-strength wear-resistant material is prepared from a ZnFe2O4 nano-particle-reinforced, Ti(C,N)-based metal ceramic composite material, and the surface treatment solution comprises an aluminum borosilicate whisker/polyimide composite solution. A high-strength wear-resistant material having good strength, hardness, and fracture toughness, and excellent wear resistance is prepared, and is used in a screw pump screw lining mold, giving the mold high strength and hardness, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and good high-temperature oxidation resistance.
