Abstract:
A screw rod compressor using sliding bearings, comprising a female rotor (9) and a male rotor (5); an air suction end surface of the male rotor (5) and air suction and discharge end surfaces of the female rotor (9) are provided thereon with concave holes respectively; the concave holes are internally provided with a female rotor air discharge side radial sliding bearing (10) and a female rotor air suction side radial sliding bearing (15) that are embedded within the concave holes of the female rotor (9), and a male rotor air suction side radial sliding bearing (3) that is embedded within the concave hole of the male rotor (5); end surfaces of extension axes at an air suction side are provided thereon with female and male rotor air suction side thrust sliding bearings (14, 4); the female and male rotors are opened thereon in the axial direction with rotor internal axial channels (12) in communication with the concave holes, and are opened thereon in the radial direction with rotor internal radial channels (11) that are in communication with the channels in the axial direction and that extend to a rotor cavity. By means of using sliding bearings located at the interior of the female and male rotors (9, 5), the structure of the compressor is simplified, and the occupied space and costs of the compressor are reduced. In addition, the channels provided within the female and male rotors (9, 5) simplify a liquid return structure of the sliding bearings, while being able to cool the rotors, thus reducing the amount of deformation of the rotors caused by temperature and improving the reliability and performance of the screw rod compressor.
