Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the performance of a hollow screw rotor with respect to heat, pressure, corrosion, and the like. Provided is a screw rotor equipped with a screw part the outer circumference of which has a spiral tooth groove extending for a prescribed length in the axial direction, wherein a radial cross section of at least a portion of the screw part comprises cross sections of: an outer surface portion forming the tooth groove; an axial center portion; support portions connecting the axial-center side of the outer surface portion and an outer-radial side of the axial center portion; and a hollow portion formed by adjacent support portions in the rotation direction and an axial-center-side inner surface of the tooth bottom or the tooth tip. Of at least the radial cross section of the screw part, the axial center portion and/or the support portions, and the outer surface portion, comprise a cross section that is continuously connected as an integrated component of different members.
