Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a screw for a vertebral arch with which insertability and straightness into a lower hole of a vertebral arch during laminoplasty can be improved, and a vertebral arch spacer kit comprising said screw for a vertebral arch. Provided is a screw for a vertebral arch, comprising: a tapering screw part (2) having a screw thread (2a), said tapering screw part (2) extending along a longitudinal axis (A) and tapering from a base end side toward a leading end side; a head part (3) which is positioned at the base end side of the screw part (2); and a shaft part (4) which is positioned at the leading end side of the screw part (2), extends along the longitudinal axis (A), and has a substantially cylindrical outer circumference surface (4a) at the outermost side in the radial direction which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (A).
