Abstract:
A screwdriver (100) having adjustable torsion comprises a torsion input component and a torsion output component, further comprises a ratchet wheel pair (14), and further comprises an elastic component and an adjusting component. The ratchet wheel pair is formed of a first ratchet wheel (28) and a second ratchet wheel (29) that have annular ratchets (30, 31) respectively. The torsion input component transfers the torsion to the first ratchet wheel. The second ratchet wheel transfers the torsion to the torsion output component. The annular ratchets are set to enable the ratchet wheel pair to slide in a clockwise direction or a counter-clockwise direction, but cannot slide in opposite directions. The elastic component imposes pressure on the ratchet wheel pair, and the adjusting component performs loading and unloading on the elastic component, thereby adjusting the pressure and tightness of mutual fitting of the ratchet wheel pair, and further adjusting the torsion when the ratchet wheel pair slides. Therefore, the present application provides a screwdriver with adjustable torsion.
