Abstract:
The invention relates to a screwdriver (1) comprising a handle (2) and a rod (3) which is arranged in a hole (4) on the front end face of the handle in such a way that it is removable and is provided with an actuating part (5) on the free end thereof. Said rod (3) is fixed in operative position in the handle by means of a fixing element (14) which is arranged therein and axially blocked. Said fixing element (14) can also be displaced in a retracted position with the aid of an actuating unit (6) in such a way that the rod can be removed from the handle (2). The invention is characterised in that the a big section of the rod (3) is arranged in the hole (4) when it is in fixed position and maintained in the hole by means of a locking unit (H). Said locking unit can be released in such a way that the part of the rod (3) arranged in the hole (4) can be removed therefrom by a retainer (A) under the action of a force till the locking section (H) of the rod disposed on the fixed end thereof in such a way that it is in a functioning position. The actuating unit arranged in the handle (2) can be displaced in a released position making it possible to release the locking unit (H).
